Ovimore reads your books in Exact Online and puts them next to what your PMS shows. Profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow per month, checked against Exact.
What you get
Your result and your commercial numbers on one screen.
With the same figures as in Exact.
Revenue, costs and result per month, against budget and last year. Click through to the account and the entries below it, and export to Excel.
The balance sheet at each month end next to last year, and a cash flow overview that shows where the money went.
Occupancy, ADR and revenue from your PMS next to costs and margin from Exact, so you see what a month really delivered.
After a month closes, the Finance agent writes the report. It finds the largest deviations against budget and last year and explains them. You or your controller review it.

How to connect
You connect Exact yourself, with your own login.
At the start we set it up together with you.
- 1Log in to ExactIn Ovimore, choose Exact Online under Integrations and log in with your Exact account. That gives Ovimore read access, which you can withdraw in Exact at any time.
- 2Choose your divisionsYou choose which divisions belong to which hotel. Ovimore reads only those.
- 3The mapping, togetherWe set up the grouping of your ledger accounts with you, with your controller or accountant if needed. After that Ovimore fetches the new entries every night.
