Ovimore, operated by Revenue Guru B.V., follows the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, in Dutch AVG) and the Dutch implementing law. Which personal data we process, why, who helps us and how long we keep it is set out in one place: our Privacy Policy. This page explains your rights and how to use them.
Your rights
- Access: ask which personal data we hold about you and get a copy.
- Rectification: have data corrected that is wrong or incomplete.
- Erasure: have your data deleted.
- Restriction: have us pause processing while an issue is resolved.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection: object to processing based on our legitimate interest, including direct marketing.
How to use them
Email hello@ovimore.com with the subject "Privacy request" and tell us which right you want to use. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We answer within one month; for complex requests we may extend that by two months and tell you why. Reasonable requests are free.
If your request concerns data a hotel brought into the Ovimore app, the hotel is the controller of that data. We pass your request on to the hotel and help it answer.
Complaints
You can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first, so please email us, but the right to complain directly remains yours.
Contact for data protection
We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer. The person responsible for data protection is Joris Bruyning, reachable at hello@ovimore.com or by post at Revenue Guru B.V., Anthony Fokkerweg 21, 1059 CN Amsterdam.
