# Ovimore

> Ovimore is the AI partner for hotels: a more profitable hotel, with the data it already has.
> Ovimore connects a hotel's systems, gives insight every day and lets agents per department do
> the work. AI is only as good as what it knows about the hotel, so Ovimore gives it the current
> numbers from the hotel's systems and the hotel's way of working.

## How it works

1. **Connect.** The hotel connects what it already has: PMS, events, accounting, till, rosters,
   Booking.com. Once, together with Ovimore. In the business scan Ovimore records how the hotel
   works: goals, commercial course, departments, rules and tone.
2. **Insight.** The Daily shows every morning how the hotel did yesterday, whether it meets its goals
   and where it deviates, with an explanation behind every number. Data goes further.
3. **Improve.** Agents per department do the work, when asked or automatically, the same way every
   time. Before an agent saves or sends anything, it asks for confirmation.
4. **Build further.** Strategic work happens with the same numbers in the hotel's own Claude, through
   the Ovimore MCP server. What does not exist yet is built with the hotel.

## Facts

- Agents: Compset agent (Collects your competitors' rates on Booking.com every day and puts them next to yours, per night); Reviews (Reads what guests write on Booking.com and links it to the room they stayed in); Revenue agent (Sets your budget and keeps it on track); Sales agent (Finds which weeks are not yet full and which companies could fill them); Group requests (Turns a request into a complete offer, at the room rate that fits your current occupancy); Finance agent (The month-end close: after the month closes, the report is ready, with results against budget and last year and the largest deviations explained).
- Connected systems: Mews, Event Temple, Exact Online, Booking.com, Lighthouse, Apaleo, Oracle OPERA Cloud, Twinfield, unTill, Dyflexis, Claude. On the list: Lightspeed, Zenchef, L1NDA, DISH POS.
- Data goes straight from the hotel's systems to Ovimore and is stored in the EU. For AI, Ovimore uses
  Claude by Anthropic, which does not use the data to train models.
- The MCP server works with Claude today. Ovimore does not tie a hotel to one AI vendor. Server URL:

- Pricing: one price per hotel per month, everything included, excluding VAT: up to 40 rooms EUR 350 with 500 AI credits, 41 to 100 rooms EUR 550 with 1000 AI credits, more than 100 rooms EUR 750 with 2000 AI credits. Extra AI
  credits: 500 for EUR 40.
